Man is made up of mistakes, the more we make mistakes, the more we learn from life, problem with us is that we keep repeating our mistakes, but we learn more by mistakes and failures in life. Whenever you will win in life, it will hide your weaknesses, that’s why failure is also important in life. We learn from failures what we can never learn from our victory. For a successful man, failure is must in his life, without passing through the hardships of failure, one can’t win in life. Failure is first step towards our success. All successful men were once among big losers, the more you fail in life, the harder you are, ups and downs in life make you strong enough to get the success. 90 % people in the world can’t face their failure, either they loose hope or they adopt wrong ways to get success. Don’t be afraid of strong opposing wind, It is there to make to fly Higher. Failure is an opportunity for you to analyze yourself and make you much harder and stronger. Your failure is an indication that you are very near to your success, because light always comes after darkest portion of night.
I’ve passed through many ups and downs of my life, and I had been thinking for long, that what’s the criteria of success, who are successful people and what we need to do to get success.
Once I thought that successful persons are those who have big dreams, wide vision and long planning’s of life but then I realized that none of my dream ,vision and planning’s have accommplied. Why is so ? I had been dreaming for one purpose since my childhood, I made my best efforts to get it, but I didn’t get success in achieving it? Why? What was the reasons? Was my intensions wrong? or did I not make the efforts. I made perfect efforts and my intentions were right but still I count achieve my goal, why is so? The question remained unanswered in my mind for a long period of time.
There is a plan that I make for you, and there is another that you make for yourself, if you will follow my plan, you will be successful in your plan, but if you will follow your plan, I’ll make you tired around running your plans. Change the word “Plan” by “desires” in last lines, and that’s what GOD says to us.
When I understood the above mentioned message, then I left to dream, and left everything in the hands of Biggest Planner. Immediately I got ultimate relaxation and all failures of my life changed to become my success and achievements. So No matter how much defeated person you are, you can convert all of your failures into success just by changing your way of thinking and approach towards life.
MAY Almighty guide all of us to right path?
Ameen

REJECT THE REJECTIONThere are two key reasons why you may be feeling rejected .The first reason is because you are accepting what others are saying to you. You do not have to accept everything everyone says!
For example, when someone offers you a gift and you choose not to accept it, who then does the gift belong to? It still belongs to the ‘giver’ of course
So next time someone offers you a gift, such as a direct insult, choose not to accept their gift and it will still belong to them!
Just because another person thinks you are a *&%!#@!!, it does not mean you have to think it.
Don’t let other people choose how you will feel. The second reason you may feel rejected is because you believe that when a person says “No” to you, or rejects you in some way, they are actually rejecting you. BUT THEY ARE NOT.
What they are rejecting is your idea or simply the way you presented your idea but not you.
And even then, it often isn’t the idea, but the presentation
Have you ever asked the same person on a date several times and each time they said “No” and then all of a sudden, one day, you ask that same person out and he or she says “Yes”! Why is that?
WHY?
The fact of the matter is that you haven’t changed in anyway. What has changed is your approach
This is where the power of persistence comes in! In order to be successful in any endeavor, you must be persistent
Be persistent in striving for whatever it is you want and don’t accept every gift that is offered to you! LIFE IS THE REFLECTION OF WHAT WE FEEL INSIDE“I MIGHT NOT BE IMPORTANT TO THEM. BUT THEY ARE IMPORTANT TO ME. LET ME TAKE THIS CHANCE AND PROVE MYSELF.” – tell this during meeting the new person.
“I CAN BECAUSE I THINK I CAN”
“I am the Greatest”
“I am the Number One” These are PMA (Positive Mental Attitude) Injections
SPENDING 20 MINUTES A DAY AND TRYING TO INJECT THE CUE STATEMENTS
LET US ALL INJECT PMA INJECTION – POSIIVE MENTAL ATTITUDE INJECTION DURING STAGE FEAR APPEARANCES
WHEN WE TAKE A CHANCE, WE GET AWARE OF OUR WEAKNESSES. LET US FORGET OUR WEAKNESSES BY FORGETTING MAJESTY –LET US CONVERT OUR WEAKNESSES INTO STRENGTHS.
IF YOU WANT TO SPEAK GOOD ENGLISH, YOU NEED TO LOVE WHAT YOU SPEAK AND THE WAY YOU SPEAK. YOU SHOULD LISTEN WHAT YOU SPEAK TO YOUR SELF FIRST.
WE ARE ALL IN THE ILLUSION OF BEING ACCEPTED.WE NEED TO COMPARE OURSELVES WITH THE MEDIA PEOPLE AND OUR OWN SELVES.
RULE 1 – LET US NOT EXPECT THAT OTHERS SHOULD ACCEPT US TOTALLY
RULE 2 – LET US NOT FULFILL THE EXPECTATIONS OF ALL OTHERS WHO ARE LISTENING TO US.
LET US ALL TUNE OUT THE NEGATIVE SELF TALK AND KEEP ON SHOUTING – “I AM THE GREATEST.” “I CAN BECAUSE I THINK I CAN”
LET US ALL SHOUT INSIDE US LIKE THAT WHEN WE TAKE A NEW CHALLENGE LIKE GD OR INTERVIEW OR PUBLIC SPEAKING.
“SO WHAT?” ,“CANCEL CANCEL CANCEL”, PICTURING THE STOP BOARD, ITS OK..ITS OK.. I LIKE YOU, LIFE IS SO BEAUTIFUL…..-These are dynamic mind capsules that can be put into use during adversities of lifeYou Become What You Think About!
This statement, which almost all philosophers agree on, is at the heart of understanding how our thoughts affect who we are, and it points out the connection between what we think and what we become. When you examine the logic of this connection, it is apparent if you become what you think about, then performance and behavior changes can be affected by altering the way you think. Your thought process, therefore, is the point where changes need to happen. It is your thought process that affects how you express yourself and who you become.
To use a gardening analogy, thoughts are seeds while our brain is a garden. Given the right conditions, in a gardening situation, the earth will grow anything – nourishing food or poison.
Much the same as the earth grows what is sowed, so our brains also grow the thoughts (the ‘thinking seeds’) we entertain. Our brain cultivates them and gives them nutrients and sustenance. These ‘thinking seeds’ ultimately determine who we become, how we deal with issues, how we solve problems and how we present ourselves. The challenge then becomes how to control what is planted in our brain – how to sow the right ‘thinking seeds’.
The thought process
Thinking, in and of itself, is an autonomous process…it happens constantly whether we like it or not, or are aware of it or not. Our brain is constantly processing ‘thoughts’, and they are reflected in our face, our speech, our body and our overall attitude.

A clear distinction has to be made, however, between the influence of positive and negative thinking. Thoughts of a negative and critical nature will prevent us from accessing our better judgment and deeper intelligence while positive natured thoughts will have the opposite effect. They will enable us to be more connected to our natural genius and moreover will dramatically improve our future success. Another aspect of thinking that needs to be taken into account here is the volume of thoughts we all process every minute of every hour of every day of our lives. We are inundated by scores of thoughts, seemingly coming from all directions, at great speed. They dominate our minds often against our will. They cause us to feel scattered, stressed out and sometimes even make us ill.
It becomes a constant battle of control where the question is: Will your brain run away with whatever thoughts it wishes to have or will you get some measure of control that will allow you to determine what you will become?
Choosing your thought process
It easy to say that the choice is yours but in order to have that choice, you need training.A high degree of self- awareness is necessary, followed by a thinking strategy that will require your persistence to see it through.
You truly DO become what you think about, and this is not some new age utopian idea…it is very real! The ‘self fulfilling prophecy’ concept takes a different meaning here, and it is one that is not so far fetched.
There is one major consequence that you want to be aware of as you decide/accept your response to different situations in your life – whichever ‘thinking seed’ you choose to plant will become part of you if you nourish it.
If you plant negative seeds in your brain, pretty soon your entire thought process will be negative and critical, and you become a person who sees only the negative side of everything – the proverbial ‘glass is half empty’ person.
Additionally, (and this is important) your productivity in all areas of your life will become only a fraction of what it could be.
On the other hand, if you plant positive seeds in your brain, your thought process becomes one of always seeing the proverbial ‘silver lining’ in every situation, spotting new opportunities and your productivity in all areas of your life is uplifted. You become the ‘glass is half full’ person and you constantly improve. Summarizing commentary
Why then, is it so easy to fall into negative thinking? How can a person begin to take charge of their thinking process? How can they think themselves to becoming energetic, creative, skilled, and capable of great achievements? Those are all significant questions to ponder, and all of these questions are addressed at length in various seminars of The Thinking Coach.
Remember, it all begins by how we think! Similar to the way our body needs specific kinds of food and regular exercise to operate at peak efficiency, so, too, does our brain. It needs the right kinds of food (thoughts, ideas, etc.) and exercise – referred to by The Thinking Coach as mind liveners – to stay in shape and operate at optimum levels.
The goal of The Thinking Coach is to show you how to tap into your own natural genius so you can generate new, creative, and effective ideas, become more focused, and be able to form strategies and make short and long-term decisions that are accurate and balanced.
Training your brain to think positively is a must in today’s demanding and stressful environment. It is also crucial to the business environment if you want to remain on top of your game as a leader – negativity creates a barrier to problem solving and ultimately results in obsolete corporate leadership.
The Thinking Coach seminars are designed to challenge old thinking patterns and develop the skills you need to think in terms of being proactive, decisive, and creative. Improving ConcentrationAre you having trouble concentrating?
Your problem may be one or some or all of the following:
You’re not organized.
It’s easier to concentrate on the task at hand when you have set aside specific times for your other tasks. If you’re not organized, then you always seem to have too many things to do and you can’t get going on any of them.
• Write down all of the academic tasks you have to do, breaking them into their component smaller steps wherever possible.
• Every weekend, make a realistic plan for the upcoming week.
• Every night, make a realistic plan for the next day. Don’t make your plans too ambitious, or you will always be failing to get through your list. Success feels better than failure, so plan accordingly.
Your Comprehension is Poor
Your course material should hang together in a coherent pattern. If it seems like thousands of disjointed bits of information, then it will be far more difficult to remember, and you’ll have far more difficulty concentrating.
Can you take a blank piece of paper, right now, and write down the structure of your courses? If not, then you should spend some time getting the big picture, because you are like a traveller with no map.
• Take your course outline and make a conceptual “map” of the main units in the entire course.
• For each chapter or unit covered, make a smaller map of the topics it contains.
• As you follow the course, keep track of where you are on the map, and anticipate what is coming.
• When you see the pattern of the course, your comprehension and concentration will improve. You’re Procrastinating
So you get organized and you set up a schedule, but you keep avoiding your work and finding other things to do. Now what?
• Re-visit your motivations. Remember, the current task is related to the course, which is related to the program which you chose, which is related to larger issues of what you want in life. You don’t have to have everything figured out, but remembering the big picture can help you get going. “I want to do this” is a much healthier attitude than “I should do this”.
• Develop a sense of progress. Break your study task down into bite-sized chunks. Each time you sit down to work, set an objective for that study session, enjoy the accomplishment of getting it done, and do something fun to reward yourself for making progress.
• Don’t get sucked into perfectionism or fear of failure. Just emphasize what you know, what you want to know, and what you want to express. Do your best, but don’t waste energy on impossible ideals.
• Don’t get too isolated in your studies. Talk about the material with instructors, friends and other students.
You’re neglecting your physiology
Remember, the mind and the body are not two separate things. To improve your concentration, get to know your own physiology better.
• Nutrition – It’s harder to concentrate when you’re operating on coffee, smokes, and junk food.
• Sleep – It’s said that most people in our society are sleep-deprived to some extent. If this includes you, then your concentration is worse than it could be.
• Time of day – People have differing patterns of high and low energy throughout the day. Know your own patterns and plan your work accordingly.
• Exercise – A good workout sharpens the mind. If you skip out on exercise because of time restraints, your concentration will probably suffer. Your work environment is poor
Your mind is just plain jumpy
Think of concentration as presence of mind. When your mind is jumping from one topic to another, it is typically a case of ideas and images from the past and the future impinging on the present. When these distracting extra thoughts come to you, what can you do?
In some cases, personal issues need to be addressed before you can concentrate properly. If so, you should think them through, talk to a friend or see a counsellor through student services. Under more normal circumstances, however, you can improve your concentration with a bit of practice.
When distracting thoughts arise, you can follow them, but this can lead to aimless mental wandering. You can try to shut them out, but they’ll probably just keep nagging you. Your best strategy may be to relax and let them fall away by themselves.
1. With practice, you can learn to drop extra ideas before they pull your attention away from the present activity.
2. To ground yourself and achieve presence of mind, it is also helpful to pay attention to your breathing. Regular, deep breathing helps to re-unite your mind and your body, and brings you back to the present.
Both of these tips address what you can do in the moment when concentration is eluding you, but you can also engage in practices which, over the longer term, develop your ability to concentrate. Here are some suggestions:
• Meditation helps bring about a calm but alert mind, which is the basis for concentration.
• Yoga, Tai Chi, and other such practices are, in a sense, meditation with movement.
• Arts, crafts and music are good practices for f Take a survey of your work environment.
• Privacy – Find ways to eliminate unwanted interruptions.
• Noise – Too much or too little can both be problems.
• Air Quality – How’s the ventilation?
• Temperature – Is it too high or low?
• Comfort – Watch your posture and support. Avoid drowse-inducing positions.
• Clutter – Get everything off your desk except the work that you’re doing. HINTS for COMBATING OVERWHELM1. Break your job into small chunks. If you?re going through lots of
paper, take a pile and put it in a nice looking basket. This is your
project basket. Concentrate on sorting only these papers until you’re
done, preferably out of sight of the rest of the job. Then refill the
basket and repeat.2. Set aside small blocks of time. Don?t commit an entire weekend to
organizing your closet. First, decide what your organized closet will
look like and make a plan. Using a plan helps keep you on track and frees
you from rethinking the project every weekend.

3. Promise yourself to work for 2 hours at a time, then do something fun
as a reward. Working for a limited amount of time instead of working
until a task is complete means there’s a defined beginning and end to keep
things in perspective.

4. Make a master list. This is a complete brain dump of all you want and
need to do. It may be long, but getting it on paper will unclutter your
head.

5. Hire an organizer. An organizer can offer you skills and experience,
but also an objective, nonjudgmental eye to help you from getting bogged
down.

6. Pretend it?s not your stuff. Try some tricks to gain objectivity such
as pretending you?re an archaeologist, or you?re helping a friend.

7. See the trees, not the forest. To find the trees, try looking at your
desk through a paper towel tube (professional organizer Judith Kolberg’s
idea). When you can literally only see one pile at a time the project
seems more manageable.

8. Arrange your work space so that you have to get up from your chair
regularly as you work. Movement will help dissipate nervous energy and
bring you back into your body.

9. Think of getting organized as a gift you give yourself, because you?re
worth it.

10. Know that you are not alone. Having clutter isn?t something people
like to talk about, but it’s very common and it doesn’t mean you’re a bad
person. Overcoming it involves learning skills, not changing who you are. We all have assumptions in life. The assumptions we have are based upon the life itself, profession, career, education, friends, relationships, strategies, family and much more. All the assumptions are coupled with various cognitive factors and built up anticipations. We step into something and we start having our own anticipations on the strategies and steps we take up. Everything gets into jeopardy when our anticipations don’t fulfill the reality or rather when they don’t match up the reality. The professional, who looks for a better fulfilling work life, gets the life but soon after procuring the life the individual starts comparing him/herself with that of the others. None steps into this area and tries to cultivate the solid mind set into the individual suggesting him/her not to involve in any such comparisons. Youngsters have values. They presume that they should be driven through values. When they have decided set of authentic principles within themselves, they believe that none can step into the values and would try changing it. And yes, any efforts of change and modifications in the behavior end up in vain. For everyone, the “other things” are from the “other side”. Hardly anyone falls into the category of looking others’ problems and state on their perspective. One has to think “what if I am so, what if I am not so, what if I am taken off the current status I have right now, why do I think that I need to be better doing better things elsewhere, why not I concentrate on what I am involved in right now, am I not believing in the fact that whatever I have got to do is directly connected with the current profession I am in now, Don’t I have the belief that actions speak better and sharper than reading, learning writing etc., (you are reading it and must have had a little distraction and mismatch on your concentration component by this time, this second when I am talking to you. Well its pretty natural to happen in everything. It’s a sorry fact that the same concentration lacuna happens in every dimension of work and it is that which brings up a slashing effect over the result. We miss concentration and we prove to others the saying, “YOU SEE OBSTACLES IN LIFE WHEN YOU TAKE YOUR EYES OFF THE GOAL”) To me real success is out of the actions and results we produce in what we try to do right now in the current status. Stop looking beyond and stop crossing the boundaries having the quest of success and achievement being elsewhere. You have got a state of purpose right now and come on, we have got something to do now, pal. Lets act upon it and bring success. Current results and current functional areas are the ones on which we must explore our productive results. No comparisons and no predictions of the future. You look for avenues of switching over only when you lack courage, integrity and mind stability over your current position. Naturally when looking for a switch over, you would tend looking for a little advanced version of a job or work, what you are doing now currently. Just imagine, when you are not able to have a fulfillment out of what you are doing, which is comparatively much easier than what you are looking for as advancement, how would you be able to have fulfillment from the position which is going to be much advanced than what you are doing now? Quite appalling, isn’t it? A carpenter can preach what is ‘success’ to another person of a different field, only when he had managed to attain some amount of success at least in his job. Having got no exposure in any field, one might not be able to instruct others what is success and confidence. Moreover this necessitates that one has to have the readiness first of all to work on where they are directly connected with. I need to bring up some results in my profession, should taste how sweet the success is and should have also known what would I have got as an alternative, If I had been forced to face the failure in the attempts. Why at all one is forced to look into another area or a field to excel? Either the individual thinks that he or she is not doing enough justice for the aspiration or the objective that the person would had been looking for or the person would had a strong feeling that there isn’t a proper avenue for the materialistic benefits, which is mostly anticipated in life or the person might had seen the threatening sign of the absence of a good career or future prospect or a scope in such an area and what not, there could be so many other reasons for a person to have a mind transit. How is it being viewed through others eye? Quite different right? Motivation – ‘You are Unique…’Motivation – ‘You are Unique…’Think what a remarkable, unduplicatable, and miraculous thing it is to be you! Of all the people who have come and gone on the earth, since the beginning of time, not ONE of them is like YOU!

No one who has ever lived or is to come has had your combination of abilities, talents, friends, acquaintances, burdens, sorrows and opportunities.

No one’s hair grows exactly the way yours does. No one’s finger prints are like yours. No one has the same combination of secret inside jokes and family expressions that you know.

The few people who laugh at all the same things you do, don’t sneeze the way you do. No one prays about exactly the same concerns as you do. No one is loved by the same combination of people that love you – NO ONE!

No one before, no one to come.

YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY UNIQUE!

Enjoy that uniqueness. You do not have to pretend in order to seem more like someone else. You weren’t meant to be like someone else. You do not have to lie to conceal the parts of you that are not like what you see in anyone else.

You were meant to be different. No where ever in all of history will the same things be going on in anyone’s mind, soul and spirit as are going on in yours right now.

If you did not exist, there would be a hole in creation, a gap in history, something missing from the plan for humankind.

Treasure your uniqueness. It is a gift given only to you. Enjoy it and share it!

No one can reach out to others in the same way that you can. No one can speak your words. No one can convey your meanings. No one can comfort with your kind of comfort. No one can bring your kind of understanding to another person.

No one can be cheerful and lighthearted and joyous in your way. No one can smile your smile. No one else can bring the whole unique impact of you to another human being.

Share your uniqueness. Let it be free to flow out among your family and friends and people you meet in the rush and clutter of living wherever you are.
